Day 01: Delhi - Nalagarh 7 to 8 Hours drive
On arrival at airport in Delhi our driver will meet you and drive to Nalagarh, the gateway to Himachal. Situated on the foothills of Himalayas, Nalagarh was once capital of princely state of Hindur. The ancient fort and palace of Nalagarh have a series of structures that are built in Mughal style of architecture. The place have been much recently renovated and now is a quality heritage hotel. Overnight stay in Nalagarh Fort Resort.
Day 02: Nalagarh - Manali 8 Hours drive
Arrive the hill town of Manali in the afternoon and check in Hotel.
Day 03: Manali
Morning Free. Afternoon drive to Solang Valley to start an acclimatization walk from Solang Valley to old Manali. During the walk you come across the traditional villages of Manali. Overnight stay in Hotel in Manali.
Day 04: Manali - Rohtang Pass - Keylong 6 hours drive
3 hours beautiful ziggaz uphill road journey takes you to Rohtang Pass(3980m). Once you cross Rohtang pass you will notice a dramatic change in the landscape-the lush green kullu valley is suddenly replaced by dry dessert of Lahul valley. A steep descent for an hour takes us into the first village of Lahul valley. Driving through some of the villages of Lahul valley we reac Keylong, the capital village of Lahul valley. Overnight stay in Hotel in Keylong.
Day 05: Keylong
Acclimatization day in Keylong. Morning a short acclimatization walk from Keylong to Kardong monastery up in the mountain and back. Afternoon at Leisure.
Day 06: Keylong - Tsokar 8 hours drive
Leave after an early breakfast. Drive over Baralacha Pass (4800 m) to enter into the vast Sarchu plains. The Bhaga river originates from a small lake called Surajtal at Baralacha Pass. The landscape of Sarchu plains(4500m) is most amazing. After crossing another mountain pass you drive down into the moore plains from where you take a small side road to Tsokar, a nomadic village in the middle of high Himalayan dessert. Check in Tented accommodation at Tsokar. Later visit the nearby salt lake.
Day 07: Tsokar - Tsomoriri 6 hours drive
Tsomoriri or Lake Moriri is a high altitude lake(4590m) in the Changthang region of Ladakh. It is the largest of the high altitude lakes in Trans-Himalanyan region. The lake is situated between Ladakh in the North and Tibet to the east. Arrive Tsomori and check in Tented accommodation.
To the west of the lake is Korzok village overlooking the lake. Afternoon visit the village.
Day 08: Tsomoriri to Leh 8 hours drive
Arrive Leh in the afternoon and check in hotel. Enroute visit Hemis Monastery.
Day 09: Leh
Morning visit Indus Valley for Rafting down the Indus river. Afternoon visit Leh Palace and Shanti Stupa.
Day 10: Leh
Morning drive to Khardungla, the highest motorable pass in the world. Drive back to Leh. Afternoon free time to explore Leh Bazar.
Day 11: Leh - Delhi
Morning Transfer to airport in Leh to fly to Delhi to connect with your onward flight. End of the Tour.
